Location: Kirishi, Leningrad region
Intro: The Neftyanik venue was built to become the new home for a number of factory teams in multiple sports. Overall design implied no further touch, however, the company decided to introduce branding for some of the interior areas depicting local heroes.
Objective: To create two images of the local water polo team to be used in interior branding.
Water polo has one interesting peculiarity – the spectators can see what is happening above the water level, but barely anyone knows what battles are fought in the water. Therefore, we came up with an idea to show the players in two worlds at once, including the scary “underwater world”.
